Fast Delivery

All of our orders are dispatched through the Royal Mail delivery services as first class recorded delivery We pride ourselves on fast delivery and wherever possible we will endeavour to have your items with you by the next working day. All orders placed before 4.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

SECURE

All items are dispatched as first class recorded delivery, ensuring that you can be confident that your items are appropriately insured during transit. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED".

FIRST TIME ORDERS

You may purchase items from Otterburn Life using either the guest checkout options or by creating an account with our store. Whichever method you choose, your delivery will be processed in the same way. All orders placed before 4.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.) All orders are processed in the order that we receive them.

To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
